Just signed up for Ne.on the Move. Will start walking at Westfield Mall during the winter months, come spring walking outside. It's been a while since I've power walked so will start out a bit slower. Want to find someone like minded to walk with.

I'm helping the Nebraska Trails Council put on a trails conference 5/20-21 in South Sioux City. I'd like to contact any entities that are using trails in their fitness programs. We're looking for a couple of presenters to talk about their programs.

Am in Valparaiso, NE. Looking for anyone who would like to walk (I need to go VERY slowly at first). I also like to bike and walk in the swimming pool.
